no.59

HELLO I'M BACK! lol i'm too busy to blog already or i'm just too lazy? hmmmmmm
I am just gonna talk about what happen today and yesterday since i have forgotten what had happened during the weekdays. haha just basically school la so its = to same old boring stuffs.
Moving on! Saturday dragged myself to canoe training. HAHA YES! DRAGGED! I don't know why but i don't feel like goin to training anymore cause CONFIRM next day muscle ache and sunburn one. don't like! went there then i was shocked that the team actaully shrank damn alot la can. now left with like 30 guys? haha But to my relieve training was easy as we trained on our own and not under the seniors if not we have to restart over and over again. I saved a person that day! WAHAHA. he capsized and i saved him. 1st time doing a rescue and i must say its not easy but fun! haha then after that just did like 5 laps and went back to shore. Then is PT time! haha we did something called the power sets or something like tat couldn.t remember. Anw! you are suppose to do your max number of chin ups, come down do 20 push-ups then run around a small area. we didnt know at 1st so we ran round the would reserviour for the 1st set-.- HENG we only ran for 1st set if it was for all we would die alrdy. after that went to keep the boats.... SOME MOTHER FUCKERS DROP THE BOAT! TWICE SOMEMORE KNN! thats equals to 400 push-ups we need to do zzzzz then kept all the boat did push-ups. but heng the senior was kind and gave us 100 only. Then that day the ah gua of the team left theteam! HAHA everyone was like so happy la! He is a loser anw.
Today! woke up DAMN early just to go for training. YES AGAIN. 2 trainings in a row in 2 days. SHAG! haha training starts at 9am but need get up at 7am to prepare. zzz cause its at khatib, Lower Seletar Reserviour. went there then 15 people turned up today. But its an optional training on sundays so ya blame me for going. i don't know whats wrong with my mind lol. did warm ups then went down the water alrdy. the water was choppy today dunno why. I saved and got saved too-.- a fish jump right infront of me! i was stunned and jus capsized-.- FUCKING FISH! then the 1nd time me and my friends were racing, then don't why at the exact same part of the reserviour, all my 3 friends and me capsized at the same exact place. creepy. HAHA dunno why but the water at that part was dam choppy. this time a boat have to some save us cause evryone was far away from us. DAM. after training then came home straight alrdy. DAM THE SUNBURN ON MY SHOUDLERS! PAIN LA OMGXZ!
Going to sleep alrdy too tired buaiix!

HAHA everyone seems to be busy with their school work and all and they don't have the time to update their blogs. welllllllll. SAME HERE! haha end sch evryday at 330pm reaching home at around 5pm cant expect me to do anything much right! haha. plus this week marks the start of canoeing training, that basically cuts away 1 day of my weekends ):


Tuesday was the first training that we had. and i can tell you is was TORTUROUS! Practically running like dogs. did warm up (which alrdy killed half of me) then ran 2.4. It had been like 6 months since i run and the 2.4 felt like forever. after that was pull up. shocked that i could actually do 10 of them :O after that was punishment time..... There are rules in this canoeing IG. which are inhuman. like seriously. 1st, for evry second that we are late, we have to do 1 pumping. so if u are late for like 1hour or something you are DEAD. most of them didn't bother showing up once they are late. 2nd,for 1 vulgarity heard, 200 pumping at the end of the training. THATS THE KILLER. its already a challenge trying to complete 100 but 200?!?!?! OMFG! reached home like around 9+ was dam shag alrdy. effects of not exercising for months!


Next day woke up with EXTREME muscle aches. basically the whole body. from head to toe. Had difficulty changing out of my clothes as it hurts when u raise your hand. the chest hurts too from all the pumping. legs hurt from the runing. this lasted for 3 days. only on friday did it became better.


Saturday! WATER TRAINING. anticipated it but hellllllll when reached there do physical training.... zzz run again did warm up chin ups. then went dwn to the water. Now then i realise how hard was it to balance on T1 ( one man canoe)! its like shaking here and there la! then almost capsize like 10 times?!!??! but managed to get my balance bac so now i still hold a 0 capsize rate! wahahahaha :D:D after that went home. HELL I GOT SUNBURN! zzz then tan marks too. heng i wore a singlet for training.

WOOO I'M BACK! haha poly life too hectic le no time else to do anything.... zzzz SUCK COCK thoes 2 words basically sums up my whole enitre week last week. the whole week of lessons were erm -.- dunno why evry faci seems dam boring. especially the last day of sch for the week with was maths which was ytd. FUCKED UP! serious boring shit. we were expected to do presentation on the questions he gave. but the questions were all so fucking hard! then in the end just did 3 questions out of 10? lol gonna fail badly. but hu cares la the whole class did badly too :x

This week was IG ( Interest Groups) fair. RP trying to act high class call it IG and not CCA. lol signed up for canoeing, badminton, tennis and EMP (DJ stuff). lol but all the sports got trial one but i think only the canoeing no need. SO I CONFIRM IN CANOEING ALRDY! WAHAHA! but theres sort of a tryout tml. *DREADS* haha jus goin there for 2 hours to play with the stuff and bond o.o wtf. haha but heard their training is ranked 2nd among all the sports. 1st is Dragon Boat. expected one la. lets just hope i have fun in canoeing and not quit half-way-.- badminton and tennis is just follow my friends join for fun jus go play only then EMP is quite cool eh haha can mix ur own music. :D:D

TODAY IS LABOUR DAY! HAPPY LABOUR DAY PPL! haha nth to do at home seriously-.- pissed off with dota. i almost watched all the movies that are out this month and last month already. HOW! die die die.
